THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Management Committee
The Management Committee is nominated by the
Club's Trustees and consists of a mixture of local people, parents and other
interested professionals who meet once a month and support the staff in the
management of the Club. They are responsible for the planning and policy of the
club and for the provision of resources to run the Programme.
Staffing
A team comprising of 2 full-time Youth Workers
and a group of trained and experienced part-time Youth Workers staff the Club.
We also enlist a number of voluntary people to assist us. This team is supported
by administrative and caretaking staff. All staff, paid or voluntary, undergo a
police check prior too appointment.
The Club has a detailed
staff Code of Conduct in operation.
